Melodyann and Dale at The Power of Two Real Estate Team were fabulous to work with selling our home. We walked in to their office and were warmly greeted. With very little experience or knowledge we asked them to help us sell our home in a short time frame. They kindly guided us through the process keeping us well informed every step of the way through to a successful sale of our property. They also provided us plenty of sound advice along the journey to complete the sale of our home through to the purchase of our new home. We are very grateful for all they did for us. Dale & MelodyAnn were absolutely fantastic to work with during our search for our first home! We really struggled trying to find our first home in this crazy real estate market we're in today, but they never gave up on us! They were always ready to take us for viewings, answer all kinds of questions, keep our hopes up after a tough loss, and their vast knowledge of not only the real estate business but also all the little things to look out for in homes was very informative and helpful. We truly learned a lot during the process. Dale always showed up with a great attitude and a smile and was a pleasure to chat with during our walkthroughs! I have known Dale for almost 45 years. I bought my first home from his Father Don. So the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. So it was an easy decision to pick Dale and Melody to help sell my fathers bungalow in Hespeler. They told us the things we needed to do to optimize the best possible outcome. Then they did the work after, by staging the home and putting the final pieces in place. The place looked awesome. After 105 showings in one week and many offers they placed a sold sign on the lawn. They have made the sale easy. By keeping in touch with us throughout the whole process. I would recommend The Power of Two for the sale of your home. You will be in good hands from start to finish.
