Dale and MelodyAnn helped us with our first home purchase and they’re awesome. Super personable, easy to talk to, well-informed and highly educated. They’ve been in the business for a long time and that’s what we were looking for, realtors who take their job seriously and not just a part time gig. Not only do they know about real estate but they’re also educated with the conditions of homes and what would need replacing/work done. They are not pushy and do not pressure you into anything, as it should be since for most people it’s the biggest purchase of their lives. Another bonus about working with them is that you get two realtors for the price of one! If either one is busy the other will be available to help or answer any questions you have. We highly recommend them to any and everyone looking for realtors.

Selling a house certainly can be overwhelming. And at times stressful. However, when you have a real estate agent that puts you at ease immediately and responds to concerns quickly to make the process positive and worry free. Then you have the power of 2 on your side. Dale and Melody just don't sell your house. They give you their undivided attention and commitment to your sale. There were some concerns that could have kept me up at night However, Dale and Melody respond quickly and always follow up on all issues especially on the ones that matter the most. Very professional and patient as they work through concerns. Truly, an excellent example of above and beyond customer service.

Dale and Melody Ann were fantastic, and we sincerely would not have our wonderful new home without them. They continously checked in with us, answered all our questions, and showcased how incredibly experienced and knowledgeable they are. We really felt like they continously fought for what was best for us even when we weren't sure ourselves. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially a first time home buyer.
